By downloading or using Fontastic (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app. Fontastic is a font identification application that uses artificial intelligence to identify fonts from images you provide.
Fontastic is designed for font identification purposes only. You may use the app to identify fonts from images you provide. You're not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You're not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, reverse engineer our AI models, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all related trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights, still belong to the app developer.
We are committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for.
Fontastic processes images that you provide to identify fonts. The app stores images and related data on our servers to maintain your font identification history and provide our service. When you use the camera or photo library features, you grant the app permission to access and process these images. We use artificial intelligence and machine learning services to analyze your images and identify fonts. Your images may be processed by third-party AI services to provide accurate font identification results. You have control over your image history and can delete individual images at any time, which will remove them from our servers (server deletion may take up to 24-48 hours to complete).

Please note that these third-party services may collect and process data about you and your images when you use our app. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party services. Any information you provide to these services is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.
The list of third-party services may change over time. We reserve the right to add or remove third-party services as necessary for the functionality and improvement of the app.
Font identification features require an active internet connection to process images through our AI services. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but we cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi, and you don't have any of your data allowance left. Some features may work offline, but core font identification functionality requires internet connectivity.
If you're using Fontastic outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you're accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you're using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app. You are responsible for the images you upload and must ensure you have the right to use any images you provide to the app.
Fontastic offers both free and premium subscription features. Subscription fees are charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your account settings. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of subscription periods.
We cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can't turn it on to avail the Service, we cannot accept responsibility.
Font identification results are provided for informational purposes only and may not always be 100% accurate. Although we endeavor to ensure that font identification is as accurate as possible, we rely on artificial intelligence and third-party services to provide results. We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on font identification results from the app. You should verify font identification results independently before making any commercial or professional decisions based on them.
At some point, we may wish to update Fontastic. The app is currently available on iOS – the requirements for the system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you'll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. We do not promise that we will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you agree to accept updates to the application when offered.
We may also wish to stop providing Fontastic, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device; (c) any user data and images associated with your account may be deleted (deletion from servers may take up to 24-48 hours to complete).
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.
